HSE Leh brought together a fascinating mix of people, businesses and ideas—from hospitality owners and homestays to resorts, cafés and suppliers from across India.
The challenge was to create a platform where these different worlds could meet meaningfully.
For KANSŌ, this became a lesson in ecosystem thinking: when you connect the right people, ideas and opportunities, the value created can be far greater than the sum of its parts.
